These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, medical procedures, consultations, website use, payments, and transactions between Istanbul Stem Cell Clinic (“Clinic”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the patient (“Patient”, “you”).

By accessing our website, submitting medical information, scheduling treatment, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

​1. Nature of Services

​1.1 Medical Services

Istanbul Stem Cell Clinic provides regenerative medicine services including stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, and related procedures performed in Türkiye in accordance with Turkish medical regulations.

All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and candidacy approval.

1.2 Jurisdiction of Treatment

All procedures are performed exclusively in Türkiye and are governed solely by Turkish law.

Regulatory approvals from foreign authorities (including FDA, EMA, MHRA or others) do not apply to treatments performed in Türkiye.

2. Experimental Status & Regulatory Disclosure

Stem cell therapy and regenerative procedures may be considered experimental in certain jurisdictions.

The Patient acknowledges:

• These treatments may not be approved in their home country

• No statements on this website have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

• No statements have been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA)

• Treatments are not marketed as cures

All procedures are performed in compliance with Turkish healthcare regulations.

3. No Guarantee of Results

3.1 Individual Variation

Biological responses vary significantly between individuals.

Results depend on factors including but not limited to:

• Age

• Disease severity

• Immune system response

• Lifestyle

• Compliance with post-treatment guidance

3.2 No Warranty

Istanbul Stem Cell Clinic:

• Does not guarantee outcomes

• Does not promise specific improvements

• Does not claim to cure any medical condition

No medical procedure guarantees success.

4. Assumption of Risk

The Patient acknowledges that all medical procedures involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Inflammation

• Swelling

• Pain

• Infection

• Lack of improvement

• Unforeseen complications

By proceeding with treatment, the Patient voluntarily assumes these risks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Clinic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Loss of income

• Travel or accommodation expenses

• Emotional distress

• Dissatisfaction with outcome

Any liability, if legally established, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific procedure.

6. Patient Obligations

The Patient agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information

• Disclose all medications and allergies

• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

• Inform the Clinic of any complications promptly

Failure to provide accurate information may affect eligibility and outcome, and limits Clinic responsibility.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Patient data is processed in accordance with:

• Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698)

• Where applicable, GDPR

Medical data is processed solely for treatment, administrative, and legal compliance purposes.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Advance Payment

Full payment is required prior to treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.2 Biological Material Allocation

Stem cells and exosomes are:

• Patient-specific

• Time-sensitive

• Reserved or prepared in advance

Once biological material has been ordered or prepared, related fees are non-refundable.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

9.1 Cancellation Within 72 Hours (Early Payment)

If payment is made more than four (4) days before treatment:

The Patient may cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of payment for a refund minus:

• Administrative costs

• Bank transfer fees

• Credit card processing fees

• Currency exchange losses

9.2 Payment Made Less Than 4 Days Before Treatment

No refund will be provided.

9.3 After Biological Preparation

No refund will be provided once biological materials have been prepared or allocated.

9.4 After Treatment

No refund will be provided once the procedure has been performed.

Lack of desired results does not constitute grounds for refund.

10. Appointments & Attendance

Patients must:

• Arrive on time

• Confirm travel arrangements in advance

• Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation

Late cancellations may incur charges.

11. Force Majeure

The Clinic is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

• Airline disruptions

• Visa denials

• Political instability

• Government restrictions

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic-related restrictions

Refunds are not automatically granted in force majeure situations.

12. International Patients

Patients traveling from outside Türkiye acknowledge that:

• Treatment is governed exclusively by Turkish law

• Turkish courts have exclusive jurisdiction

• Foreign legal standards do not apply

The Patient waives the right to initiate legal proceedings outside Türkiye.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

14. Modifications

The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

The most current version will always be available on our website.

• Accept Turkish jurisdiction
